Brittany founded Research and Project Management LLC in February 2022, driven by a commitment to empowering organizations through strategic funding solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in English from the University of Delaware (2011) and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Delaware State University (2020). Brittany is deeply passionate about leveraging evidence-based strategies and data-driven decision-making to drive success both professionally and personally.
Brittany, one of the original founders of Research and Project Management LLC, has been building this dream since the Fall of 2009. Her journey began at the University of Delaware (UD) in a Developmental Psychology research lab, where she gained hands-on experience essential for her Psychology degree. During this time, Brittany honed her skills as an independent thinker, leader, and organizer, working in leadership positions that shaped her approach to project management and consulting.
Brittany’s professional experience includes implementing federally-funded projects from the design phase through ethics approvals, data collection, and project closeout. She has successfully led project progress and milestone schedules, overseen multi-million-dollar budgets, and improved employee retention and workplace climate. Her expertise extends to hiring, training, and supervising diverse teams, designing data collection systems, and monitoring stakeholder engagement. Brittany has also managed accreditation processes and designed remote courses, demonstrating her versatility and commitment to excellence.
Central to her work has been the creation and maintenance of strong relationships with principal investigators, administrative support staff, team members, and community leaders. Brittany has leveraged these relationships to drive project success and ensure that each initiative aligns with the broader goals of her clients.
Throughout her educational and career journey, Brittany has remained focused on prioritizing social impact. Over the past 13 years, she has dedicated herself to mastering any function or role necessary to support her project missions and leadership. Her experiences in higher education revealed a critical gap in affordable business support services for grand funded projects, a gap that traditional consulting firms were often too costly to fill. Recognizing the growing potential of remote work, especially in the wake of the COVID pandemic, Brittany and a long-time friend and colleague launched RPM in February 2022 to provide affordable, remote consulting services tailored to the needs of academic research. RPM has since made a significant impact, offering cost-effective solutions that save research clients on direct costs and overhead while maintaining high standards of service.
RPM was honored with the University of Delaware's Horn Entrepreneurship 17&43 Awards in 2022 & 2023, celebrating its growth, innovation, and social impact.
