Brittany founded Research and Project Management LLC in 2022 to help organizations turn their goals into funded projects. She draws on more than a decade of experience in research development and grant strategy, working with nonprofits, small businesses, and public safety agencies across the country. Her background in psychology, along with a Master of Public Administration, gives her a unique perspective on problem solving, communication, and organizational growth.

She believes in practical, evidence-based strategies and uses data to shape every step of the grant process. Outside of work, she loves to travel and often uses those trips to connect with new communities and potential clients.
