Meet the Owner

Research and Project Management LLC has been designed to support fire departments and EMS agencies that don’t have the time or staff to chase funding but still need safe equipment and sustainable programs.

Brittany works directly with chiefs, officers, and staff to move grant projects from idea to submission without adding extra administrative work to the department. Her role is not just writing narratives. She helps organize call data, coordinate quotes, track requirements, and keep applications moving so deadlines don’t get missed.

Before starting RPM in 2022, Brittany spent over a decade working in research development and grant strategy, building structured processes that make complex applications manageable for busy teams. That same approach is now applied specifically to public safety agencies.
